Description / Scope of Work
The Communication and Works Department of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites electronic bids from eligible firms and contractors for the construction, improvement, rehabilitation and widening of B/T roads in Malakand Division under the Annual Development Programme (ADP). The project encompasses multiple packages of road work distributed across Malakand District, Tehsil Dargai and Tehsil Batkhela, with various routes including Pirana Road, Markaz Abad Road, Jang Patty Road, Kharki Road, Sabil Banda Road and numerous other strategic road corridors in the region. The scope spans rehabilitation, black topping, widening and improvement of roads to enhance connectivity and infrastructure development across the division.
Bidders must meet the required professional and financial eligibility criteria set by the department and hold relevant licenses as specified in the tender documents. All bids must include bid security equivalent to two percent of the estimated cost of the work plus S/Duty charges (Rs. 40,000 for each package), to be submitted in accordance with KPPRA procurement rules 2014. Bidders must possess valid registration with the relevant construction and engineering bodies and demonstrate prior experience in similar road projects.
Bid documents are available as per the work order details provided in the notice. The deadline for submission of bids is 27 July 2026 at 12:00 PM, with technical bids opening scheduled after approval. Interested eligible contractors should obtain complete bid documents and submit their sealed proposals in compliance with the single stage two envelope E-PAD system procedure.
