Garbage Service and Machinery for Regi Model Town Peshawar by PDA

Peshawar Development Authority invites bids through the Electronic Procurement Information System (EPADS) for garbage service and hiring of manpower and machinery services for solid waste management at Regi Model Town in Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The tender is issued under the Single Stage Two Envelope System as per Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules 2014 and covers major head garbage service of Regi Model Town with sub-head hiring of manpower, power supply, and machinery services for solid waste management. The bidding documents fee is Rs. 5000. Eligible contractors and firms having sufficient experience in waste management services are invited to participate. Bids must be submitted through EPADS platform by 21 July 2026 at 11:30 AM for opening on the same date at 12:15 PM at the Office of Chairman Procurement Wing, PDA. Bid security of two percent in the form of call deposit must accompany the bid in favor of the Director General, Peshawar Development Authority from a scheduled bank. Contractors must upload mandatory documents including active NTN and KPPRA registration, affidavit of no blacklisting and no litigation, and evidence of no dispute with any construction department. All bids must be submitted in readable format through EPADS with complete mandatory documentation. Physical copies must be sent through registered courier in a single sealed envelope addressed to the office of the undersigned. Clarifications if required should be requested within office hours before the last submission date. The procurement entity reserves the right to reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to acceptance as per KPPRA Rules 2014.
