The Communication & Works Division Battagram, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites electronic bids from eligible contractors for construction, improvement, rehabilitation and widening of BT roads in the Hazara region under ADP project number 1393/251395(2025-26). The tender comprises three major sub-works with a combined estimated cost of Rs 322.49 million. The first sub-work (U/C Gijbori and U/C Paimal Sharif) in Battagram district is valued at Rs 113.5 million and includes 23 projects covering PCC road construction and shingle road works across multiple villages. The second sub-work (U/C Ajmera and U/C Rajdhari) is valued at Rs 101.99 million and encompasses 40 sub-projects including PCC roads and construction works across various locations. The third sub-work (U/C Kuzabanda and U/C Bania) is valued at Rs 107 million and covers 38 road construction and improvement projects throughout the region.
The tender is open to eligible firms and contractors meeting the required PEC Category C-4 classification as per KPPRA procurement rules 2014. Bidders must submit bid security including stamp duty as specified for each sub-work, calculated at 2-2.31% of the estimated cost. The tender fee is fixed at 0.05% of the estimated cost for each work package. Contractors should possess valid PEC registration and requisite experience in road construction and rehabilitation projects. All three sub-works will be completed as per the work order issued by the department.
Bids are to be submitted electronically on the EPAD system in single stage two envelope format with closing date and time of 22 July 2026 at 12:00 PM. Technical and financial bids will be opened on the same date at 12:00 PM, with financial bid opening scheduled after technical bid approval. Interested contractors must obtain bid documents from the EPAD portal and submit complete applications including all required technical and financial documentation.
