Description / Scope of Work
The C&W Division Kohistan Lower invites sealed bids for the procurement of emergency civil works during the financial year 2026-27 in District Kohistan Lower, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The project encompasses emergent nature works including removal of snow, landsliding and slips mitigation, and associated road maintenance activities as identified by the Engineer-in-charge under AOM&R funds. The total estimated cost of the contract is Rs. 6.00 Million on a fixed lump sum basis. Work location is District Kohistan Lower in KPK province. The bill of quantities includes earthwork such as roadway excavation in surplus or unsuitable material and rock requiring blasting, rehandling of gravel and excavated rock with lead distances up to 25 meters, and structural work involving foundation excavation, cement concrete work, random rubble masonry, and filling and compacting behind retaining walls.
Bidders must meet eligibility criteria as specified in the standard bidding documents for smaller contracts under Rs. 100 Million notified by the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KP-PPRA). Contractors are required to obtain necessary licenses and registration certificates as per procurement regulations. Bid security and earnest money deposits as per tender requirements must accompany all bid submissions. Items not covered in the Bill of Quantities will be considered from MRS 2025 with cost factors and premiums quoted by the contractor.
