Description / Scope of Work
The Local Government and Rural Development Department Tehsil (HQ) District Karak invites sealed tenders on a single stage single envelope basis for the establishment of a community center at Shanawa Kandi Khel Tehsil Takht-E-Nasrati. This developmental scheme is being executed under the Karak Area Development Program for Karak with an estimated cost of 10.00 million rupees. The project is located in Takht-E-Nasrati area of Karak district, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province, and forms part of broader rural development initiatives in the region.
Eligible bidders must be registered government contractors with the Public Procurement Commission (PPC) and enlisted with the Civil and Works Department as per the Centralized Enlistment Policy of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Bidders must possess relevant professional codes as per PEC requirements and maintain valid PEC and KPPRA registration as active tax payers for the current financial year. Bid security is required at 2% of the engineer's estimate, with additional security provisions for bids submitted below the engineer's estimate as per prescribed sliding scales.
Bid solicitation documents are available for download from the official EPADS website (www.eprocure.gov.pk) and KP-PPRA website. Prospective bidders must register on EPADS to obtain username and password credentials. Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS by 27 July 2026 at 11:00 AM, with electronic bid opening scheduled for 27 July 2026 at 1:00 PM. Bid securities must be uploaded digitally and also physically delivered to the Assistant Director's office at KDA Hospital District Council Secretariat up to the bidding deadline. Completion is estimated as per work order issued by the procuring entity.
