Description / Scope of Work
Tubewells Irrigation Division Peshawar, under the Irrigation Department of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites electronic bids from eligible firms and contractors for annual maintenance and repair works to tube wells irrigation schemes during the fiscal year 2026-27. The procurement covers thirteen distinct sections of work encompassing electrical and mechanical nature repairs across multiple sub-divisions including TKM (Tappa Khalil Momand), JSU (Jue Shiekh Unit), KFD (Kafor Dheri), and Pabbi sub-divisions. The total estimated contract value ranges from Rs 1.50 million to Rs 2.00 million depending on the specific section. Works involve periodical repair of electrical components such as motors, transformers, and distribution systems, as well as mechanical repairs to pump installations and related infrastructure serving tube wells distributed across Peshawar City, Kohat, Charsadda, Mardan, Nowshera, and various district locations within Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province.
Bidding is conducted under the single stage single envelope procedure via the E-PAD system in accordance with KPPRA Procurement Rules 2014. Eligible contractors must possess relevant PEC (Pakistan Engineering Council) registration in appropriate categories including CE-04, CE-09, EE-04, EE-05, EE-11, ME-05, and ME-07 as specified for respective work sections. Bid security is required at two percent of the estimated cost with stamp duty. All bidders must meet standard eligibility criteria and possess valid licenses as per procurement regulations.
Bid documents will be available through the E-PAD system portal. Interested firms and contractors are required to submit their electronic bids online through the designated platform by the closing date. Bid opening will be conducted at the office of Tubewells Irrigation Division Peshawar.
