Description / Scope of Work
The Road Transport Board Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the disposal of six key assets under Single Stage One Envelope Procedure as per KPPRA Rules 2014. The assets include collection of Adda fees from Peshawar Bus Terminal, Canteen and Tuck Shop operations, Mobile/Computer Accessories Shop, Spare Parts Shop, Photostat/Easypaisa Shop, and cleanliness of washrooms at Peshawar Bus Terminal. This tender is issued under Rule 6(2)(a) of KPPRA Rules 2014 and Rule 50D of KPPRA Rules 2014. Bid security amounts range from Rs. 500,000 to Rs. 15,000,000 depending on the asset category. The total procurement scope encompasses multiple revenue-generating and service-based assets at the Peshawar Bus Terminal facility.
Eligible bidders must be registered with Local Council Board, Local Government Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and Contractors must hold registration with the relevant authorities. Bidders are required to submit a verifiable bank guarantee as bid security in the name of Secretary Road Transport Board Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Bid security requirements vary by asset with categories A, A or B, or A or B or C depending on the specific asset being bid upon. All bids must comply with mandatory eligibility criteria and basic mandatory value requirements as outlined in the tender documents.
Bid Solicitation Documents containing detailed descriptions, eligibility criteria, and terms and conditions may be obtained from the Office of the Secretary, Road Transport Board/Director Transport Khyber Pakhtunkhwa at Ground Floor Benevolent Fund Building Peshawar through written application with a Rs. 500 draft in favor of Director Transport during office hours (09:00am to 05:00pm) Monday to Friday. Sealed bids must reach the undersigned by the published closing date and time and will be opened the same day in the office of Director Transport Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Individual bid opening times range from 02:00pm to 04:00pm on July 22, 2026. The competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per Rule 47 of KPPRA Rules 2014. Successful bidders must deposit prescribed Income Tax and other applicable taxes as required by Federal or Provincial Government.
