Description / Scope of Work
The C&W Highway Division Haripur, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites tenders through the E-PAD system for emergent nature of work during the year 2026-27 covering Tehsil Haripur, Khanpur, and Ghazi. The contract involves removal of landslides, slips, and clearance of roads under AOM&R funds with an estimated cost of 7.000 million rupees on a fixed lump sum basis. The work is classified under C-6 category and requires the contractor to provide machinery and emergency response services to maintain road connectivity across multiple tehsils in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, with the contract remaining in force until 31st December 2026.
Eligible contractors must hold a valid PEC (Pakistan Engineering Council) registration under C-6 category and must be registered with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority under the Finance Act 2013. The bid security requirement is 149,000 rupees (2% of the estimated cost), and the tender fee is 2,100 rupees (0.03% of the estimated cost). All bidders are required to submit complete bid security details in the form of a CDR (Call Deposit Receipt) electronically through the E-PAD system, with bank names, CDR numbers, and dates as specified in KPPRA Notification No. SOR(14)/Vol:1-24/2021-22 dated 10/05/2022.
Bid solicitation documents and instructions to bidders can be obtained from the C&W Highway Division office on any working day or downloaded from the C&W website (www.cwd.gkp.pk) and KPPRA website (www.kppra.gov.pk) before the submission date. E-bids must be submitted on or before 21st July 2026 at 12:00 PM, with opening scheduled for the same date at the office of the Executive Engineer C&W Highway Division Haripur. The contractor must open an office in each tehsil, maintain three excavators, three 4-wheel tractors, and one front shawl in working condition, and mobilize machinery at blockage sites within 24 hours.
