Higher Education Commission (HEC), Pakistan Standards and Quality Control Authority (PSQCA), and all public universities issue annual stationery procurement tenders.

Promotional and event printing covers banners, brochures, standees, exhibition materials, and institutional reports. Development sector organisations including UNDP Pakistan, USAID-funded programmes, World Bank projects, and UN agencies routinely issue printing and design-plus-print tenders for programme publications, annual reports, and communication materials.

Requirements for Printing Tenders in Pakistan

Most government printing tenders require the bidder to have registered premises with verifiable production equipment. For textbook tenders, PCTB and other boards typically require pre-qualification based on installed printing capacity (number of colour printing machines, binding lines) and past supply experience. ISO certification and NTN/STRN tax registration are standard requirements across federal tenders.
