Pakistan Infrastructure Development Company Limited (PIDCL) invites sealed competitive bids through the Electronic Procurement and Development System (E-PADS 2.0) for provision and laying of turf water at different streets in Karachi, Sindh province. This tender encompasses multiple projects across various locations in Karachi, including works in different streets of Baazar, Soldier Bazar, North Karachi, Gadap Town, and other municipal areas. The scope of work includes surveying, designing, and laying of turf water supply infrastructure with estimated project costs and completion schedules specified in the bid documents. The work is to be executed under the supervision of PIDCL's Engineering department with adherence to all relevant technical and safety standards.
Bidders must be registered with the relevant authorities and possess valid contractor licenses. Bid security is required as specified in the bidding documents, typically calculated as a percentage of the estimated tender value. Contractors must demonstrate previous experience in similar water supply projects and maintain sound financial standing. All bidders are required to submit performance security and signed contract agreements before project commencement. Preference may be given to bidders meeting specific qualification criteria as outlined in the tender documents.
