Description / Scope of Work
The Pakistan Navy Welfare Housing Scheme (The Employer), under the Directorate of Pakistan Navy Welfare Housing Scheme at Naval Headquarters Islamabad, intends to undertake construction of CAT 8 (180 Sq Yd) houses at Sector-4 at PNWHS Bin Qasim National Highway Karachi. This is a significant residential construction project to be executed by eligible and interested PEC registered contractors and firms having relevant experience of carrying out similar works and valid PEC License for the year 2025-2026. The project scope encompasses the complete construction of multiple housing units in Karachi, Federal Province.
Bidding is open to all eligible PEC registered Contractors and Firms with demonstrated experience in similar construction projects and valid PEC License validity for 2025-2026. Technical and Financial Bids are invited on a two-stage basis submitted in two envelopes (one original and two copies). Bid security (non-refundable) in the amount of Rs 25,000 in cash is required per set in favor of PNWHS Karachi Maintenance Account. Bidders must comply with all detailed instructions issued with the bidding and tender documents.
Bidding documents can be obtained from the office of the PD PNWHS (South) NHS KARSAZ Phase-1, Street No 09, National Stadium Road Karachi, Tel: 021-34453323, between 0900-1300 hours until 6 July 2026 upon written request and submission of the prescribed bid document fee. Sealed Technical and Financial Bids must reach the PNWHS camp office KARSAZ Karachi on or before 20 July 2026 at 1030 hours. Technical Proposals will be opened the same day at 1100 hours in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Financial Bids of only technically qualified bidders will be opened on a date specified later. PNWHS reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids under provisions of rules and regulations.
