Description / Scope of Work
The Punjab Sahulat Bazaars Authority (PSBA), Government of the Punjab, invites sealed bids for the construction and establishment of Sahulat Bazaars across four locations in Punjab: Kahror Pakka, Mailsi, Mian Chunnu, and Jahanian (PKG-A). This is a major infrastructure project valued at PKR 1177.85 million with a completion period of five months. The project falls under the broader initiative of constructing Sahulat Bazaars all over Punjab to provide affordable retail spaces and improve the shopping experience for citizens across the province.
Bidders must be eligible contractors with relevant experience in construction and establishment of commercial infrastructure. The bid security requirement is PKR 24.00 million. Bidders are required to comply with Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024 for e-submission of bids and applications, and submission shall be governed by PPRA Rules 2014 as amended from time to time. All bidders must possess valid registration and licenses as required by relevant authorities.

The pre-bid meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, August 25, 2026, at 11:00 A.M. The deadline for submission of tenders is Tuesday, September 01, 2026, at 09:30 A.M., with opening at 10:00 A.M. on the same date.
