Description / Scope of Work
The Chief Minister Package for Quetta Development invites electronic bids from eligible contractors for the execution of construction work on U-Turn at Airport Road (Signal Free Corridor) in Balochistan. The estimated project cost is PKR 901,920,840 with tender fee of PKR 1,000 and bid security of 2% of the estimated cost. This procurement is conducted under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014 through the BPPRA electronic public procurement system, mandatory for all bidders registered with the system.
Eligibility criteria require bidders to not be blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan, Balochistan Revenue Authority or be on the Active Tax Payers List. Bidders must have completed at least 2 similar assignments with a minimum turnover of PKR 630,000,000 in the preceding five years, demonstrating financial capacity. Registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) as Category A Specialized Code CE100 (General Civil Category) and Specialized Code CE01-b (Road and Pavement Design and Retaining Structures) is mandatory. Bid security must be submitted as a Bank Guarantee or Deposit at Call, and a processing fee of PKR 1,000 is required in account C02716 with the Project Director.
Bidding documents are available electronically from www.bppra.gob.pk and the complete bidding document can be viewed at www.tspra.gob.pk. Bids must be submitted electronically only, with the last submission date of July 17, 2026 at 14:30 PM through supplier dashboard. Tender opening will take place on July 20, 2026 at 10:30 AM at the Office of the Project Director, Chief Minister Housing Scheme Airport Road Quetta.
