Description / Scope of Work
The Transport Department of Balochistan invites bids from eligible bidders for the supply of electric buses equipped with electric chargers intended for feeder routes of green buses in Quetta. This procurement is issued under Reference TSE-2526061110271 with an estimated project value reflecting significant capital investment in sustainable public transport infrastructure. The scope encompasses the provision of modern electric buses with integrated charging facilities to support environmentally friendly commuter services across Quetta and Balochistan region.
Eligibility criteria require bidders to demonstrate assignments of similar nature and complexity valued at 400,000,000 in the previous three years, with minimum turnover of 100,000,000 PKR in three subsequent previous years. Bidders must possess an active Tax Payer List Sales Tax Certificate and submit a non-black list certificate. Bid security must be provided in the form of a bank guarantee, deposit at call, or 2% of bid value from a scheduled bank in the name of the undersigned. Only electronic bids will be accepted; no physical bids are required, and no tender fee is applicable.
