For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
This is a recurring spares and equipment procurement by the Pakistan Army's EME (Electrical and Mechanical Engineering) branch with a two-year bid validity.
The tender demands dual-envelope submission with extensive technical documentation, including 100% applicability certificates and trade-link proofs, suggesting complex or specialized items requiring manufacturer authorization verification. Scale appears medium to large given the scope across multiple items, but exact quantities and values are not disclosed in the notice. The requirement for HIT approval of advance samples indicates military-grade procurement with stringent quality controls. Bidders must be registered with the depot and prepared for detailed technical scrutiny.
Who can bid: The notice does not explicitly state eligibility criteria, but typically bidders must have valid NTN registration, appropriate business registration with SECP, and proof of financial capability. For indigenous items, only ITD Directorate GHQ and HIT-approved brands are acceptable. Bidders must be manufacturers, stockists or authorized agents with documented trade links to suppliers and OEM principals, supported by agency agreements or tradelink documentation.
