Description / Scope of Work
Punjab Education Foundation, an autonomous organization established under the auspices of the Government of Punjab, is inviting sealed bids from eligible traders, companies, and proprietors for the procurement of SMD screen and related auditorium equipment for the newly constructed PEF Head Office Building during fiscal year 2025-2026. The procurement comprises six line items including an indoor SMD screen P2.5 full-color LED display measuring 30.5 by 12 feet with controller, supply and installation of 20 kVA UPS with 90-minute backup capacity at 80 percent load, power distribution units, broadcast standard data rack 42U, 55-inch UHD smart LED television, and allied cables and accessories. The estimated project value is Rs. 20,000,000 with bid security of Rs. 400,000. The procurement will be executed at the Punjab Education Foundation office located at 52-L Gulberg, Lahore, Lahore district, Punjab.
Bidders must be registered with relevant Registration Authorities and Tax Departmental Authorities including Federal Board of Revenue and Sales Tax authorities under FBR tax rules. Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding procedure will be followed. The bid security must be submitted as a CDR or bank guarantee from a scheduled bank of Pakistan in the amount of Rs. 400,000. Bids must remain valid for one hundred and twenty days from the submission date. Taxes will be deducted as per applicable government rules and bidders must provide NTN and Sales Tax registration certificates.
Bid documents are available for download from the PPRA website at https://ppra.punjab.gov.pk without any fee. Online bids through E-PROC are requested to be submitted. Detailed specifications, eligibility criteria, bid scope and terms and conditions can be found in the bid documents which will be provided after registration. Bids will be opened on July 21, 2026 at 11:30 a.m. in the office of Punjab Education Foundation at 52-L Gulberg, Lahore in the presence of bidders' representatives.
