Description / Scope of Work
The Emergency Services Department, Government of the Punjab, invites prequalification documents from manufacturers and authorized distributors for the procurement of SMD display screens with installation. Two lots are specified: a 30x10 feet SMD display for the Punjab Emergency Management and Response Centre (PEMRC) and a 50x10 feet SMD display for the Emergency Operations Centre (EOC), with a combined estimated cost of 115 million Pakistani rupees. The procurement scope includes supply, installation, and commissioning of the display systems in Punjab.
Eligible applicants must be manufacturers or authorized distributors registered with the Tax Departments of Pakistan. All applicants are required to register with the Punjab e-Procurement System and submit prequalification documents electronically through the system portal. The prequalification process will be conducted in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024. Only firms meeting the minimum prequalification criteria specified in the documents shall proceed to the subsequent bidding stage.
Prequalification documents are available without charge from the PPRA website (https://ppra.punjab.gov.pk) and the department website (www.rescue.gov.pk). Applicants must submit their documents through the Punjab e-Procurement System by 19 August 2026 at 11:00 AM; opening will occur electronically the same day at 11:30 AM. The subsequent bidding will follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Rule 38(2)(a) of the PPR 2014.
