Description / Scope of Work
The Institute of Business Administration (IBA) Main Campus in Karachi, Sindh, invites quotations for the procurement and installation of EV vehicle charging stations. This Request for Quotation RFQ-003863 covers the supply and installation of three 7KW single phase wall box EV chargers, three MS powder coated weatherproof metal boxes with floor mounted stands and safety panels (specifications: 700mm x 500mm x 250mm, 18 SWG gauge, RAL 7035 pebble grey colour), and complete service charges including installation, testing, and commissioning of all electrical materials. The project location is the Stores at IBA Main Campus, University Road, Karachi. Delivery is required to the specified location with full installation and safety compliance.
Vendors must conduct a mandatory site visit at 12:00 pm on Monday, 6 July 2026 at IBA Main Campus before submitting their quotation. Quotations must be submitted by 5:00 pm on 7 July 2026. General Sales Tax (GST) will be applicable on supplies, and Services Sales Tax (SST) will be applicable on service charges as per Government of Pakistan rates. A 2% per month liquidity damage will be imposed for delayed delivery. Material inspection will be conducted at the time of delivery, and IBA reserves the right to reject any quotation or cancel orders if specifications are not met.
Quotations should be submitted to the Purchase Department, IBA Main Campus, University Road, Karachi, PAK, telephone 0213810470, extension 2154. Payment will be made through crossed cheque after receipt of invoice and delivery. All government taxes including income tax, stamp duty (0.35% on goods), and levies will be charged as per applicable SRO rates and the final Purchase Order. Advance payment is subject to bank guarantee. IBA reserves discretionary rights to accept, reject, or split awards among lowest responsive bidders.
