Pakistan State Oil Company Limited invites quotations for the supply, installation, testing and commissioning of an 11kV incoming medium voltage panel at PSO Keamari Terminal A in Karachi, Federal Province. The scope encompasses a factory-built, metal-clad, indoor-type MV incoming panel rated 630 Amps at 25kA suitable for 11kV three-phase 50Hz systems, complete with vacuum circuit breaker and comprehensive standard accessories. The panel must include relay protection, digital energy analyzer, instrument transformers, ammeters, voltmeters, indication lamps, push buttons, control relays, circuit breakers, terminal blocks, hooter, earthing switch and surge arresters of specified makes including Schneider Electric, METELX/FICO and Phoenix. The installation and commissioning scope requires panel shifting and positioning, busbar coupling with existing infrastructure per PELGA drawings, secondary wiring and control terminations, verification of interlocks and auxiliaries, relay configuration and protection settings, functional testing of the vacuum circuit breaker including manual and motorised operation, megger and continuity tests, pre-commissioning checks per manufacturer guidelines and final energisation support.
