Description / Scope of Work
The Institute of Management Sciences, Peshawar invites sealed bids from established bidders for the procurement of electric, sanitary and carpentry consumable items through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (e-PADS) in accordance with KPPRA Rules 2014. The procurement covers a range of consumable supplies required for institutional maintenance and operations across the institute's facilities located in Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Tender documents containing complete bidding procedures, terms and conditions, scope of work and detailed item specifications are available through the e-PADS portal, which serves as the primary procurement channel for this transaction.
Bidders must be established entities registered with both the Federal Board of Revenue and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority to qualify for participation. A bid security of 2 percent of the total bid value is mandatory, payable as a bank draft or call deposit in favor of the Institute of Management Sciences (IMSciences), Peshawar. The tender will be processed under a Single Stage – Single Envelope procedure, ensuring streamlined evaluation and transparent assessment of all submitted bids.
Bids must be submitted electronically through e-PADS no later than August 27, 2026 at 11:00 AM. Bid opening will occur on the same day at 11:30 AM through the e-PADS system in the Conference Room, Academic Block, Institute of Management Sciences (IMSciences), Plot No 1-A, Sector E-5, Phase-VII, Hayatabad, Peshawar, with interested bidders and their authorized representatives invited to attend.
