Description / Scope of Work
The Institute of Business Administration, Karachi invites sealed bids from active taxpayers and registered manufacturers, firms, companies, distributors and suppliers for the provision, supply and installation of a Smart Classroom Solution. This tender is referenced as IT/20/25-26 and follows a single stage one envelope procurement procedure. The scope encompasses the complete supply and installation of smart classroom technology at IBA's Main Campus located in the Karachi University Enclave in Sindh province. The tender is open to firms registered with relevant tax authorities and willing to undertake this infrastructure modernization project.
Eligible bidders must be active taxpayers registered with relevant Pakistani tax authorities. Bid security is required at 2 percent of the bid value, to be submitted as a Pay Order or Demand Draft in favor of IBA Karachi. The tender fee is Rs. 2,000, which must be generated from the IBA website and deposited at any branch of Meezan Bank Ltd. A mandatory site visit is scheduled for July 8, 2026 at 10:00 AM at IBA Main Campus to allow bidders to inspect the location and understand project requirements.
Tender documents are available for download from the IBA website at https://tenders.iba.edu.pk and the SPPRA EPADS portal at https://portalsindh.eprocure.gov.pk/. Bids with supporting documents must be uploaded on SPPRA EPADS with the original bid security and signed bid documents delivered to IBA Karachi before July 17, 2026 at 3:00 PM.
