Description / Scope of Work
The Institute of Business Administration, Karachi (IBA) invites sealed bids from active taxpayers and registered manufacturers, firms, companies, distributors and suppliers for the provision and supply of Smart LED TVs under tender reference ME/02/26-27. This is a single-stage, one-envelope procurement process conducted through the Sindh Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (SPPRA) electronic procurement portal. The tender is open to eligible bidders registered with relevant tax authorities including those with valid NTN, SRB or GST registration. Bids must be accompanied by a bid security equivalent to 2 percent of the tender value, submitted in the form of a pay order or demand draft drawn in favor of IBA Karachi.
Eligible bidders must be active taxpayers registered with the Federal Board of Revenue or provincial tax authorities as applicable. The tender requires submission of complete bid documentation including company registration certificates, tax clearance certificates, and proof of previous relevant supply experience. Bid security of 2 percent must accompany all bids. Only bids uploaded on the SPPRA ePADS portal with supporting documents will be accepted; in case of contradiction between online and manual submissions, the ePADS version shall be considered valid for evaluation purposes.
Tender documents are available for download from the IBA website at https://tenders.iba.edu.pk and the SPPRA ePADS portal at https://portalsindh.eprocure.gov.pk/ from August 13, 2026 at 9:00 AM. The tender fee of Rs. 2,000 (non-refundable) must be paid through a challan generated from the IBA website and deposited at any Meezan Bank branch. Bids must be submitted online on or before August 28, 2026 at 3:00 PM, with original bid security and signed documents delivered to IBA Main Campus, Karachi University Enclave, Karachi-75270 before the bid opening scheduled for August 28, 2026 at 3:30 PM.
