Description / Scope of Work
The Institute of Business Administration, Karachi (IBA) invites sealed bids from active taxpayers and registered manufacturers, firms, companies, distributors and suppliers for the provision, supply and installation of interactive screens with support. This tender, referenced as IT/23/25-26, is being floated under a single stage one envelope procurement procedure. The project scope encompasses the complete supply and installation of interactive screens along with necessary support services at IBA's Main Campus located in the Karachi University Enclave, Sindh province. Interested bidders must be active taxpayers registered with relevant tax authorities and meet all eligibility requirements prescribed under the Sindh Public Procurement Rules 2010.
Bidders are required to submit bid security equivalent to 2 percent of their bid amount in the form of a Pay Order or Demand Draft made in favor of IBA Karachi. All bidders must participate in a mandatory site visit scheduled for July 08, 2026 at 11:00 AM at IBA Main Campus to familiarize themselves with the project location and requirements. Only active taxpayers with valid tax registration will be considered eligible for bid submission. The tender fee of Rs. 3,000 must be paid to proceed with bid document acquisition.
Tender documents are available for download from the IBA website at https://tenders.iba.edu.pk and the SPPRA EPADS portal at https://portalsindh.eprocure.gov.pk/ from July 03, 2026 at 09:00 AM. Completed bids with supporting documents must be uploaded on the SPPRA EPADS portal by July 24, 2026 at 03:00 PM, while original bid security and the original signed bid document must be physically delivered to IBA, Karachi University Enclave, Karachi-75270 before the bid opening time.
