Description / Scope of Work
PTCL invites competitive bids for the development and deployment of a WhatsApp Bot solution in accordance with PTCL requirements. This procurement is issued under tender reference Proc.8-3/2/010626/4789 and calls for qualified vendors to submit proposals on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis in Pakistani Rupees. The scope encompasses the design, development, and implementation of a WhatsApp-based chatbot system tailored to PTCL's operational and customer service needs. The tender is open to all eligible vendors interested in providing technology services to PTCL, with submissions expected from vendors across Pakistan's Federal territory and beyond.
Vendor registration with PTCL is mandatory for all bidders seeking to participate in this procurement. Interested vendors must obtain a Vendor Registration Code (VR Code) from PTCL before submitting their quotations and must include this code in all bid documentation. Unregistered vendors are required to complete the vendor registration process through PTCL's official portal to establish a good and continuous business relationship. The registration form is available for download from PTCL's website, and vendors should ensure all compliance requirements are met prior to bid submission. PTCL reserves the right to reject any or all bids and annul the bidding process at any time without incurring liability or obligation to inform affected bidders.
Bids must be submitted exclusively through the SAP Ariba platform using the provided portal link before 23:59 hours on 21 July 2026, and bids received after the deadline will be returned unopened.
