Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL), a subsidiary of e& and the largest integrated Information Communication Technology (ICT) company in Pakistan, is seeking expressions of interest from reputable companies for the hiring of a Digital Media Buying & Management agency for PTCL Ufone (MergeCo). PTCL, which evolved from a telephone and telegraph department established in 1947, now offers cutting-edge digital and telecommunication technologies across Pakistan. Ufone, a wholly owned subsidiary of PTCL that commenced operations on 29 January 2001, has established itself as one of the leading and most innovative cellular service providers in the country. This procurement is intended to engage an experienced agency to handle digital media buying and management services. The scope of work involves comprehensive digital media planning, buying, and management for the merged entity. This is a significant engagement opportunity for qualified agencies with demonstrated expertise in telecommunications sector marketing and digital media operations.
Vendor registration with PTCL is mandatory for all bidders interested in supplying materials or services. All bidders must obtain and mention their Vendor Registration Code (VR Code) assigned by PTCL in their submissions. Unregistered vendors are required to complete registration with PTCL through the vendor registration form available on PTCL's official website to establish a good and continuous business relationship. Interested companies should ensure compliance with all PTCL vendor requirements before submission of their expression of interest.
All expressions of interest must be submitted exclusively through the SAP Ariba Platform using the provided link at https://portal.us.bn.cloud.ariba.com/dashboard/public/appext/comsapsbncdiscoveryui#/RfxEvent/preview/1110017575?anId=ANONYMOUS. Submissions must be complete in all aspects and submitted no later than 10 July 2026 before 12:00 PM. Expressions of interest received after this deadline will not be accepted and will be returned. Vendor registration forms may be downloaded from https://www.ptcl.com.pk/Info/Vendor-Registration-Form. PTCL reserves the right to reject any or all expressions of interest without assigning any reason.
