Description / Scope of Work
The Rawalpindi Institute of Cardiology invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for the supply of medical and laboratory equipment to meet the requirements of Rawalpindi Institute of Cardiology and NSCC Samli Murree during the financial year 2026-27. This annual tender encompasses procurement of various medical and lab equipments with detailed specifications and quantities provided in the bidding documents. The tender is issued under Bid Reference No. RIC/PO/009/26 dated 03-07-2026 and falls under the procurement framework for healthcare institutions in Punjab province.
Eligible bidders must be registered with relevant tax departments of the Government of Pakistan and are required to provide bid security equivalent to 2% of the estimated cost of quoted items or lots in the form of bank draft, bank guarantee, call deposit receipt, demand draft, pay order, or banker's cheque made payable to Rawalpindi Institute of Cardiology. Hard copies of e-bids are not required for submission.
Interested bidders may obtain further information from the Purchase Office of RIC Rawalpindi during working hours before the e-bid opening date. Electronic bids must be submitted online on or before 18-07-2026 at 10:00 AM through the Punjab E-Procurement System at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk. The e-bids will be opened on the same day at 10:30 AM in the presence of bidders' representatives at the Purchase Office of RIC, Rawal Road, Rawalpindi. All items must be quoted in technical and financial proposals with both brand names and generic names. The bid validity period is 180 days from the date of opening of bids. A pre-bid meeting has been scheduled for 11-07-2026 at 11:00 AM at the Purchase Office of RIC Rawalpindi.
