Description / Scope of Work
Sahiwal Medical College and Allied Institutions, operating under the Specialized Healthcare and Medical Education Department of the Government of Punjab, invites bids for procurement of laboratory kits, lab kit items, reagents and consumables for the financial year 2026-2027. The procurement will be conducted through a two-stage bidding process (Technical and Financial) as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, utilising the Punjab e-Procurement System (e-PADS) and PPRA website. The detailed schedule of requirements, specifications and quantities is provided in Annex-A of the bidding document. This is a government healthcare procurement for essential laboratory supplies required to support the teaching hospital and medical college operations in Sahiwal, Punjab.
Eligible bidders must be duly registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) or other relevant registering authority. Bidders are required to submit a bid security as specified in the bidding document. All bids must be submitted electronically through the e-PADS portal in accordance with the tender procedures outlined. Two-stage evaluation will be conducted: Stage-I focuses on technical compliance and quality of proposed items, including sample evaluation against advertised specifications; Stage-II evaluates the financial proposals of technically qualified bidders. Bid documents can be accessed and downloaded through the Punjab e-Procurement System (e-PADS) and PPRA website. Bidders must submit both technical and financial proposals separately as per the prescribed bid forms in Section 9. The bid opening will occur after the deadline for submission.
