Description / Scope of Work
TEVTA Secretariat, Lahore invites competitive bids for renovation, interior design work, and furniture and fixtures for the Overseas Employment Promoter office located at Gulberg, Lahore. The estimated contract value is PKR 12,000,000 with an execution timeframe of 60 days. This single-stage, two-envelope tender is procured through the E-PADS (E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System) platform using an accumulative cost-based method followed by least cost selection. The project scope includes comprehensive renovation and interior design services along with provision and installation of furniture and fixtures to upgrade the office facilities in Lahore, Punjab.
Bidders must be registered and active with Punjab E-PAD, PEC, FBR, and PRA for the current financial year. Contractors are required to hold a valid PEC license with category C5 and above in Civil and Electrical categories with relevant specialization codes. A bid security of PKR 240,000 (2% of estimated cost) must be submitted online as per PPRA regulations. Bidders must also provide an undertaking on stamp paper (PKR 300) confirming the firm is not blacklisted by TEVTA. All pages of the bid must be signed and stamped by the contractor, with complete and readable documentation required for acceptance.

Bids must be submitted online by 27 July 2026 at 11:00 AM, with opening scheduled for the same date at 12:10 PM. Performance guarantee equal to 10% of the contract amount is required from the lowest bidder.
