Description / Scope of Work
The Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS), Purchase Department, located in Islamabad Capital Territory, invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of horticulture store items for the financial year 2026-27. This is a national-level procurement of goods conducted under a single stage-two envelope bidding process using the Least Cost Based Selection technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. The procurement is being conducted on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS v2.0) platform.
Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 to participate in the bidding process. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in the form of a pay order, call deposit, or a bid securing declaration as specified in the bidding documents. Eligible bidders are those meeting the prescribed eligibility criteria and holding required licenses as detailed in the bid data sheet and eligibility section of the tender document.
The e-bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, specifications and requirements are available on EPADS at https://epads.gov.pk/opportunities/federal/procurements/52955. E-bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Thursday, July 23, 2026 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM using EPADS v2.0. Manual bid submissions will not be entertained.
