Description / Scope of Work
The Purchase Department of Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS) located in Islamabad, Federal Territory, invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of furniture store items for the fiscal year 2026-27. This is a national-level procurement executed under reference P51626 using the Single Stage-Two Envelope bidding methodology with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. The procurement encompasses various furniture and store items as detailed in the bid documents, with specifications and requirements provided in the comprehensive bidding documentation available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS v2.0).
Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 to participate in the bidding process. All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a Pay Order, Call Deposit, or a bid securing declaration in the format specified in the bidding documents. Only eligible bidders meeting the prescribed eligibility criteria will be considered for evaluation. E-bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, specifications, and all requirements are available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) at https://epads.gov.pk/opportunities/federal/procurements/51626. Sealed e-bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Thursday, July 23, 2026 at 11:00 AM. E-bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM using EPADS v2.0. Manual submission of bids shall not be entertained.
