The Tourism Development Corporation of Punjab (TDCP), a government-owned enterprise based at 68 Trade Center Block, M.A. Johar Town in Lahore, is inviting sealed bids from reputable and capable firms for the supply of artistically manufactured tables for its various tourist sites across Punjab. The estimated budget for this procurement is Rs. 5.00 million (minimum). Bids will be evaluated under a single-stage, one-envelope method, with award going to the technically eligible bidder offering the lowest quoted price. The framework agreement will be valid for the financial year 2026-27, with maximum delivery time of 60 days from work order issuance.
Prospective bidders must meet minimum eligibility criteria including submission of company profile, NTN and Sales Tax registration numbers, a certificate confirming non-blacklisting status under PPRA Rules 2014, and bid security in the form of a CDR or pay order of Rs. 250,000 payable to TDCP. Bidders must also provide complete working designs, renders, original pictures, and a manufacturing plan demonstrating production capability, along with 5 product samples of different designs at the time of bid opening. Hard copies of financial instruments must be physically delivered to the TDCP office prior to bid opening, which will take place on 04 September 2026 at 11:30 AM at Tourism Complex, 68 Trade Center Block, M.A. Johar Town Lahore. Bidders or their representatives are invited to attend the opening ceremony. Payment will be made within 30 days of delivery receipt, and a product inspection committee will verify supplies against specifications before issuing delivery certificates.
