Description / Scope of Work
National Grid Company of Pakistan invites bids from eligible contractors and firms for establishment of an open framework agreement covering repair and maintenance of civil assets in AM-North, NGC Lahore Region. The framework agreement will facilitate timely execution of repair, maintenance and civil works at NGC offices, grid stations, residential colonies and other facilities falling under Asset Management North in the Lahore Region on an as-and-when-required basis through competitive call-off competitions among selected framework suppliers. The framework agreement shall remain valid for an initial period of one year from execution date and may be extended annually subject to satisfactory performance and mutual agreement of parties up to a maximum period of three years.
Eligibility criteria require bidders to be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue and relevant Provincial Revenue Authority for income tax and sales tax purposes, appearing on the Active Taxpayers List. All eligible national contractors and firms meeting the specified qualification criteria are welcome to participate in this single stage single envelope bidding process. Successful bidders will be prequalified for signing open framework agreements and subsequently invited to participate in specific call-off competitions as procurement requirements arise during the framework period.
The complete bidding documents in English may be obtained upon submission of a written application and payment of a non-refundable fee of PKR 5,000 payable as prescribed by NGC up to 21 July 2026 during office working hours. Only successful bidders with whom open framework agreements are executed shall be eligible to participate in subsequent call-off competitions.
