Description / Scope of Work
The Public Health Engineering Division Orakzai, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites electronic bids through ePADS for Annual Operation, Maintenance and Repair (AOM&R) civil and electrical/mechanical works at multiple locations in Orakzai District. The tender comprises four separate works: AOM&R civil work at Ghiljo District Orakzai (estimated cost Rs 6.00M), AOM&R civil work at Kalaya District Orakzai (estimated cost Rs 8.00M), and two AOM&R electrical/mechanical projects at Ghiljo District Orakzai (each estimated at Rs 6.00M). The total project value across all four contracts is Rs 26.00 million. This procurement is conducted under the single stage single envelope procedure in accordance with KPPRA procurement rules 2014.
Eligible firms and contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in relevant categories with active status from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPPRA). For civil works, contractors must hold PEC code CE-09, and for electrical/mechanical works, codes EE-04, EE-05, EE-11, or ME-07 for solar and electric machinery repair. Bidders must possess adequate financial soundness, relevant experience, personal capabilities, and required equipment. Bid security requirements are Rs 0.129 million for the two Ghiljo projects and Rs 0.169 million for Kalaya project, with stamp duty calculated at 2 percent of estimated cost.
Bid Solicitation Documents and Bill of Quantity can be downloaded from the official ePADS portal at kp.eprocure.gov.pk and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa PPRA website at kppra.gov.pk. Electronic bids must be uploaded through ePADS before the closing date of 20 July 2026 at 12:00 Noon. Original bid security documents and tender form fees, submitted as call deposit receipts, must be sent physically to the Executive Engineer's office via registered post or courier before the bid submission deadline. Bid opening will occur on 20 July 2026 at 12:30 Noon in the presence of bidders or their representatives. All bids must be complete, with properly attested documents; incomplete or conditional bids with unattested cutting, overwriting, or disfiguring will be deemed non-responsive.
