Description / Scope of Work
The Federal Tax Ombudsman Secretariat, Islamabad invites proposals for pre-qualification of auto repair workshops and authorized agents of manufacturers through the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) version 2.0. This procurement is on account of repair and maintenance of official vehicles of FTO Secretariat, Headquarters in Islamabad for the financial year 2026-27. The organizations should be Islamabad based and must be on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR). Firms must meet all eligibility criteria and hold relevant authorizations from vehicle manufacturers to provide specialized repair and maintenance services.
Eligible bidders must be registered on the Active Taxpayer List of the Federal Board of Revenue and possess valid authorizations from manufacturers for vehicle repair and maintenance. Pre-qualification documents containing detailed terms and conditions are available for download from PPRA EPADS version 2.0. Bidders must ensure compliance with all procedural requirements and possess necessary technical qualifications and certifications relevant to the scope of work.
All pre-qualification documents must be filed, uploaded and submitted electronically on EPADS version 2.0 only; manual submission is not permitted. The submission closing date and time is 22 July 2026 at 11:00 a.m., with opening scheduled for 22 July 2026 at 11:30 a.m. Interested parties should download complete tender documents from the PPRA EPADS portal. The Federal Tax Ombudsman Secretariat reserves the right to reject all proposals at any time prior to acceptance as per Rule 33 of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
