Description / Scope of Work
The Rawalpindi Institute of Cardiology, Rawal Road, Rawalpindi, is inviting sealed bids for the supply and installation of electric work at Nawaz Sharif Cardiology Centre (NSCC) in Samli Murree, Punjab, under the PPRA rules 2014 (amended). This is a single-stage two-envelope procurement advertised for the financial year 2026-27. Interested bidders are required to obtain bidding documents free of cost from the websites of Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA), including www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk, www.ric.gop.pk, and https://cp.punjab.gov.pk. The tender reference is IPL-6870, and bidders must have current registration with relevant Tax Departments of the Government of Pakistan to be eligible.
Bidders must submit a fresh CDR or Bank Guarantee at 2 percent of the estimated price as bid security (refundable) in the name of Nawaz Sharif Cardiology Centre, Samli Murree. The original bid security must be submitted to the address mentioned in the tender documents before the closing time and date. Bids are to be submitted electronically via Punjab E-Procurement System according to the schedule outlined. The last date for submission of tender documents is Saturday, 25-07-2026 at 10:00 AM. NSCC Samli Murree will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by bidders in the preparation, delivery, or electronic submission of bids.
The tender opening will take place on Saturday, 25-07-2026 at 10:30 AM at the Medical Superintendent's office, Rawalpindi Institute of Cardiology. In the event that the opening date is declared a public holiday or non-working day by the government, the next official working day shall be deemed the submission and opening date, with the time and venue remaining the same. Response time shall be calculated exclusively from the date of publication on the PPRA website.
