Description / Scope of Work
SSGC Procurement Department invites sealed bids for the procurement of commercial and domestic electrical fittings under tender reference SSGC/LP/EPADS2/NR/2180275 (P84619) for the fiscal year 2026-27. This national-level goods procurement is being conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS v2.0) using a Single Stage-One Envelope methodology with Least Cost Based Selection technique, in compliance with Public Procurement Rules 2004. The procurement department is located at ST-4/B, Block 14, Sir Shah Suleman Road, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan.
All eligible bidders registered on EPADS v2.0 are invited to participate. Bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a Pay Order, Call Deposit, Bank Guarantee, or a bid securing declaration in the format specified in the bidding documents. The procurement follows standard government procedures with integrity pact requirements and performance guarantee obligations as detailed in the contract documents.
Bid documents are available on the EPADS portal at https://epads.gov.pk/opportunities/federal/procurements/84619. E-bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Tuesday, September 8, 2026 at 11:30 AM, with electronic opening scheduled for the same day at 12:00 PM.
