Description / Scope of Work
Walton Cantonment Board, Lahore invites proposals from reputed firms, companies, advertising agencies, outdoor media operators, engineering firms and consortiums for the installation, operation and maintenance of bus shelters on Walton Road in Lahore, Punjab on a Build, Operate and Transfer (BOT) basis. The project encompasses the design, construction, installation, operation and maintenance of fourteen tentative bus shelters along Walton Road. The successful bidder shall finance, construct, install, operate and maintain the bus shelters at its own cost and will be granted advertisement rights on approved advertisement panels forming part of the bus shelters for a concession period of five years, subject to terms and conditions contained in the Request for Proposals document.
Interested bidders must be legally registered with relevant authorities, possess valid NTN and Active Taxpayer Status, and maintain a clean record with no blacklisting by any government department, autonomous body, local government, cantonment board or public sector organization. Bidders must demonstrate relevant experience in outdoor advertising, infrastructure development, civil works, urban furniture, bus shelters or similar projects and possess adequate financial capability to execute the project. The procurement method is Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure under Rule 36(a) of PPRA Rules 2004 as amended to date.
