Description / Scope of Work
Islamabad Employees Social Security Institution invites prequalification applications from professional and general traders based in Islamabad and Rawalpindi for the supply of services related to repair and maintenance work. This open framework agreement procurement notice seeks qualified vendors to provide continuous or repeated maintenance and repair services over a period extending up to June 2029. The scope of work includes repairing and maintaining official vehicles, encompassing engine oil replacement, oil filter, air filter, AC filter, gear oil and brake oil changes, as well as tuning, wheel alignment and balancing, spark plug changing, and brake service. The framework agreement will operate through request for quotations or single quotation procedures as per PPRA Rules 2004, with services to be procured on an as-needed basis from prequalified suppliers.
Eligible applicants must be duly registered with the Federal Board of Revenue with active status on the Sales Tax and Income Tax list. Vendors are required to submit their applications along with a security deposit or bid security of Rs. 200,000 (Rupees Two Hundred Thousand only) in the form of a Pay Order or Demand Draft made payable to the Commissioner of IESSI. Blacklisted firms or bidders are not permitted to apply, and incomplete, partial, or conditional applications shall not be accepted. The Institution intends to shortlist at least two suppliers against each service category, though single supplier nominations may be considered in accordance with PPRA guidelines if only one proposal is received.
Bid documents can be downloaded from the official website at www.iessi.gov.pk. Interested bidders must submit their complete proposals with all required documentation and covering letters on company letterhead in hard copy format at the office of Islamabad Employees Social Security Institution, located at Plot No. 166, Street No. 09, I-10/3 Islamabad, on or before 21st July 2026 by 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened on the same date at 11:30 AM.
