Description / Scope of Work
Bolan Mining Enterprises, a joint venture of the Government of Balochistan and Pakistan Petroleum Limited, invites sealed bids from registered companies and active taxpayers for five procurement tenders. The tenders include supply and installation of a 20 kW solar system for the National Special Education Complex in District Khuzdar, supply of miscellaneous furniture and equipment items for the National Special Education Complex and Khuzdar Press Club, supply and installation of electrical rehabilitation works at the BME Site in Nokkundi District Chaghi, supply of two heavy duty steel sieves for the BME Site Nokkundi, and supply and installation of two dialysis machines for a healthcare facility in Khuzdar. All works are to be carried out in Balochistan province according to the specifications and scope of work detailed in the tender documents.
Bidders must be registered with the Sales Tax Department, Income Tax Department, and listed on the Active Taxpayer List of the Federal Board of Revenue. A tender document fee of PKR 5,000 is required per tender, payable via pay order or online transfer to Allied Bank Limited account PK29ABPA0010018307500017. Bid security equivalent to 2 percent of the total bid value must accompany each submission. The bidding procedure follows PPRA rules under a single-stage, one-envelope system. BME reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids at its discretion.
Tender documents are available for collection from 06 July 2026 to 14 July 2026 during working hours (9 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday) at BME House, 3B and 8B Model Town, Quetta, Balochistan. Sealed bids must be submitted on or before 21 July 2026 at 3:00 PM to the same address. Bids will be opened publicly on 21 July 2026 at 3:30 PM.
