Government Degree College No.1 DIKhan, operating under the Higher Education Department of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites sealed bids from registered and reputed firms for the supply and installation of a 5 kilowatt hybrid solar system and the upgradation of an existing 5 kilowatt day-time solar system to a hybrid configuration at the college premises. The project aims to enhance the institution's renewable energy capacity and reduce operational costs through modern hybrid solar technology integration. Sealed tender envelopes must reach the Principal's office by 11:00 AM on or before September 1, 2026, with bid opening scheduled for 11:30 AM on the same date in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. The purchase committee reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders, in whole or in part, in accordance with Rule 47(i) of KPPRA Procurement Rules 2014.
