Pakistan State Oil Company Limited invites sealed e-bids from eligible contractors with adequate past relevant experience and financial capabilities for the procurement of 900 metric tonnes of imported liquefied petroleum gas for the month of July 2026. The tender reference number is GF-19780-JA and will be executed in Sindh province. This is a critical energy infrastructure procurement managed through a single-stage, one-envelope bidding procedure conducted entirely via the SAP Ariba Portal, ensuring transparency and efficiency in the selection process.
Eligible bidders must demonstrate adequate past relevant experience in similar procurements and possess strong financial capabilities to execute the contract. Participating vendors are required to submit valid NTN and GST/PST certificates along with CNIC identification of the owner or authorized representative. Vendors must be active tax payers registered with the Federal Board of Revenue. All documentation must be duly signed, stamped, and submitted on the bidder's official letterhead through the SAP Ariba Portal system.

Bid submission deadline is 21 July 2026 at 02:15 PM, with bid opening scheduled for 21 July 2026 at 03:00 PM onwards on the same portal.
