Description / Scope of Work
The Ghulam Ishaq Khan Institute of Engineering Sciences and Technology (GIKI) located in Swabi, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites sealed bids from eligible suppliers for the supply, installation, testing, commissioning and training of Oil & Gas Stream Laboratory Equipment under an OGDCL funded project with procurement reference P79699. The procurement is planned for fiscal year 2026-27 and will be executed as a single stage two envelope bidding process using Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) methodology in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004. Interested bidders must be registered on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 platform to participate in this national competitive bidding process.
All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a pay order, banker's cheque, call at deposit, demand draft or a bid securing declaration in the format specified in the bidding documents. Bidders must meet eligibility criteria as outlined in the official tender document and comply with all technical specifications and requirements detailed in the Items/Lot Specifications section. The procurement involves comprehensive services including equipment supply, on-site installation, performance testing, system commissioning and operator training as related services.
