Description / Scope of Work
Lahore Electric Supply Company (LESCO) invites electronic bids from firms and bidders for disposal of unserviceable and scrap materials through E-PADS Version 2.0. The tender concerns the disposal of approximately 90,000 kilograms of Single Phase and Three Phase meter scrap (broken and unserviceable) currently lying at the Regional Store Shalamar in Lahore, Punjab. The material is being offered on an as-is-where-is basis, and interested bidders are invited to inspect the scrap during working hours at the specified location. This national open competitive bidding is conducted under the Single Stage One Envelope Procedure as per Public Procurement Rules 2004 (PPRA-2004), with a bid security requirement of PKR 1,000,000 per lot.
Eligibility criteria and qualification requirements for bidders are detailed in the bidding documents. All participating bidders must submit original bid security in an acceptable form to the office of the Chief Engineer (Materials Management) at LESCO Headquarters before the scheduled time of bid submission. Reserve prices are exclusive of all applicable taxes, and all bids shall be considered as exclusive of taxes, with applicable government taxes to be charged separately at the time of final payment.

The electronic bid opening is scheduled for 23 July 2026 at 11:00 AM. Interested bidders are required to review the General Conditions of Work Order, Special Conditions, and undertakings regarding blacklisting, environmental protection, and compliance with all stated terms and conditions before submitting their bids online through the designated e-procurement platform.
