Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO), through its Material Management Directorate, invites sealed bids for the procurement of Stay Rod with Elbow & Thimble (Goods) on a national basis. This is a single-stage, one-envelope competitive bidding process for electrical equipment required for the company's distribution network operations across Islamabad Capital Territory and surrounding areas. The procurement is conducted in accordance with standard bidding procedures and aims to source high-quality materials essential for electrical infrastructure maintenance and expansion.
Bidders must meet specified eligibility criteria including valid business registration, relevant experience in supply of similar electrical goods, and adequate financial resources. A bid security in the form of a bank draft or bid security form as specified in the tender document is mandatory. Bidders are required to submit all supporting documents including certificates of incorporation, audited financial statements covering the last three years, evidence of past performance on similar contracts, and a declaration regarding beneficial ownership and litigation history. Only bidders meeting the minimum qualification threshold will be evaluated further.
