Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan Infrastructure Development Company Limited (PIDCL) under the Ministry of Housing and Works, Government of Pakistan, invites bids through the e-PADS platform for providing and fixing CC tuff pavers and laying works at different streets across Karachi, Sindh Province. The project includes multiple contract packages covering tuff paver supply and installation at various locations including UC-20 District West, UC-21, UC-22, UC-23, and District West with estimated costs ranging from 283,616 to 798,447 rupees per contract package. The scope encompasses preparation, supply of quality materials, labour, and completion of tuff paving works as per specifications and bills of quantities provided in the tender documents. This infrastructure development initiative aims to improve road infrastructure across multiple districts in Karachi.
Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in appropriate categories or be eligible to submit bids as per PPRA Rules 2004. Bid security is required as specified in the bills of quantities, with successful bidders obligated to furnish performance security and signed contracts. All bids must be submitted electronically through the e-PADS 2.0 acquisition and disposal system. Prospective bidders should obtain bidding documents by paying a non-refundable fee of Rs. 5,000 and submit bids with requisite security documentation and certificates.
Bid documents are available online through https://eprocure.gov.pk/ and must be submitted before the closing date of 29 July 2026, with opening scheduled for 29 July 2026 at 2:30 PM.
