Description / Scope of Work
The Directorate General of Immigration & Passports (DGIP), Ministry of Interior, Government of Pakistan, invites sealed bids from eligible and authorized firms for the procurement of a Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (HCI) solution comprising both hardware and software components for DGIP Headquarters in Islamabad and the Disaster Recovery site in Lahore. The scope of work includes supply, installation, configuration, integration, testing, commissioning, and operationalization of the complete HCI infrastructure with three years of comprehensive support and maintenance services. The estimated procurement value is Rs. 686,643,000, with the tender being conducted under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure in accordance with Public Procurement Rules 2004.
Eligibility criteria require bidders to be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and respective Provincial Revenue Authority for both Income Tax and Sales Tax, with mandatory appearance on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) for both taxes. All bids must be accompanied by Bid Security equivalent to 2% of the estimated cost, amounting to Rs. 13,732,860, in the form of a Bank Guarantee, Banker's Cheque, Pay Order, or Demand Draft issued by a scheduled bank in Pakistan, valid for thirty days beyond the bid validity period. The successful bidder shall provide 24/7/365 on-site support services with quarterly preventive maintenance visits and emergency response within twenty-four hours, with failure to respond resulting in a penalty of five percent of quarterly payment.

Sealed bids must be submitted to the office of the undersigned on or before 03:00 PM on August 06, 2026, with Technical Proposals opening at 03:30 PM the same day. For grievances, a Grievance Redressal Committee has been constituted in accordance with Rule 48 of the Public Procurement Rules 2004.
