Description / Scope of Work
The SSGC Procurement Department invites bids for hiring third-party services to conduct comprehensive vulnerability assessment and penetration testing of the organization's IT systems. This non-consultancy services contract, referenced as P69299, is funded under the FY 2026-27 procurement budget and will be executed in Sindh Province. The scope encompasses identification and evaluation of security weaknesses in SSGC's information technology infrastructure, with deliverables to include detailed assessment reports and remediation recommendations. The procurement will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS v2.0) following open competitive bidding principles with least cost based selection methodology, in compliance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004.
Eligible bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 and are required to submit bids accompanied by bid security in the form of a pay order, bank guarantee, or bid securing declaration as prescribed. The bidding document specifies evaluation criteria, eligibility requirements, and comprehensive general and special conditions of contract. All bidders must comply with integrity pact requirements and provide performance guarantees as outlined in the contract form. Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Monday, September 7, 2026 at 10:30 AM, with bid opening scheduled for 11:00 AM on the same date.
