Description / Scope of Work
The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Technical Education and Vocational Training Authority (KP-TEVTA) invites electronic bids through the EPADS (E-PAK Acquisition Disposal System) for the purchase of training equipment, tools, and furniture across multiple skill development projects in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province. Three main projects are featured: establishment of skill development centers in Sub-Jaails including Khan, Swat, Charsadda, Swabi and Karak with civil technology, hospitality, IT, general electrical, embroidery, motor cycle repair and IT equipment; establishment of a skill development center in Mohmand District offering hair and beauty services, dress designing, and IT equipment; and establishment of a government technical and vocational center in Paharpur D.I. Khan with computer lab, artificial intelligence technology and related equipment. The total bid security requirement ranges from Rs. 454,000 to Rs. 1,224,000 depending on the project scope and location.
Eligible bidders must be authorized suppliers or manufacturers registered on the EPADS portal and meeting KP-TEVTA technical committee specifications. All items must achieve minimum specifications as prescribed by the technical committee, though higher specifications and branded items may be considered acceptable. A non-refundable bid processing fee of Rs. 5,000 per project must be submitted through online bank deposit, and bidders are required to submit fixed bid security as cash deposit receipt or pay order in favour of the Managing Director KP-TEVTA before tender opening.
Bid documents are available for registered bidders on EPADS at https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk with e-bids to be submitted online only. Bids will be opened on 29 July 2026 at 11:30 AM by the procurement committee in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Submission deadline is 11:00 AM on the same date. Successful bidders must submit 10 percent performance guarantee through CDR, with warranty validity of 180 days extendable by mutual consent.
