State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan, Lahore Zone Central invites sealed bids for the supply of furniture items and split air conditioners under tender reference 05/LZC/FIELD/2026. The procurement comprises seven separate lots: office tables with side racks and glass tops in two sizes (52 sets total), revolving chairs including BOSS B-543 and B-514 models (52 units), four-drawer file cabinets (52 units), visitor chairs (120 units), central tables with glass tops (16 units), five-seater sofas (16 sets), and split air conditioners of 1.5 ton capacity from Haier, PEL or equivalent brands (42 units). The total estimated procurement value is Rs. 14,700,000 with individual lot budgets ranging from Rs. 160,000 to Rs. 7,560,000. All items must be brand new and of the latest models, with furniture supply to be undertaken in Lahore Zone Central.
Participation in all furniture and fixtures items (Lots 1–6) is compulsory for bidders interested in furniture supply, while air conditioner bidding is optional. Bidders must be registered companies with active FBR taxpayer status, NTN and GST certificates, and must demonstrate at least five years' experience in supplying similar items. For furniture lots, minimum annual turnover of Rs. 10 million during financial year 2025 is required; for air conditioners, Rs. 25 million is mandatory. Bidders must provide three satisfactory reports or purchase orders from government, semi-government, or commercial clients within the past three years. Bid security amounts are lot-specific, ranging from Rs. 8,000 to Rs. 378,000 in the form of CDR or pay order. Full-time technical staff with at least two workers having six months' experience is required, and for air conditioner bids, multiple service centres with parts availability in Lahore are mandatory.
Bids must be submitted through the EPADS V.2 system by 07-09-2026 at 10:30 AM following PPRA single-stage two-envelope procedure. Technical bids will be opened on the same date at 11:00 AM, with financial bids of only technically qualified vendors evaluated thereafter. Successful bidders must commence supply within three days of work order and complete delivery within ten working days. A performance guarantee of five percent of job order value in the form of bank guarantee valid for at least six months is required. Warranty claims must be made through the bidder without cost to the buyer.
