Description / Scope of Work
Bacha Khan University Charsadda, located in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province, invites sealed bids from qualified contractors for the selection and engagement of a contractor to execute the Solarization of Bacha Khan University Charsadda project. This project aims to install a comprehensive solar power generation system across the university campus to reduce operational energy costs and promote sustainable energy adoption. The project encompasses design, supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of solar photovoltaic systems with associated infrastructure including solar panels, inverters, mounting structures, electrical connections, and grid integration components. Bidders must be registered with the relevant regulatory authorities and possess valid licenses to undertake electrical and renewable energy installation works in Pakistan. Prospective contractors should demonstrate technical capability, financial stability, and prior experience in similar solar energy projects of comparable scale and complexity. A bid security deposit will be required from all qualified bidders as per the tender instructions and conditions of contract.
Eligible bidders must possess valid registration from the Pakistan Engineering Council or equivalent professional body, maintain active business tax registration, and provide evidence of technical qualifications and previous project performance. Bidders are required to submit a bid security in the form of a bank guarantee or cash deposit as specified in the bidding documents. All bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly marked with the project name and bidder identification details.

Sealed bids must be submitted to the university address before the closing date of July 21, 2026. Bids will be opened publicly on the scheduled date following the closing of the submission deadline.
